THE POWER OF JESUS' BLOOD
THE ONLY THING THAT CAN BRING ABOUT A CHANGE TO OUR OLD NATURE IS THE REVELATION OF WHAT THE SHED BLOOD OF JESUS DID FOR US; WE MUST UNDERSTAND THAT THE ONLY WAY TO GOD'S BLESSING IS THROUGH THE CROSS. THERE IS SIMPLY NO OTHER WAY. THE BLOOD, IS GOD'S SEAL OF PROTECTION ACCORDING TO REV:12:11( AND THEY OVERCAME HIM (THE DEVIL) BY THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB AND BY THE WORD OF THEIR TESTIMONY, AND THEY DID NOT LOVE THEIR LIVES TO THE DEATH). THE QUESTION IS HOW DID THE PEOPLE OF ISRAEL DEFEAT THE SPIRIT OF DEATH? IN EGYPT, EACH FAMILY SACRIFICED THEIR BEST LAMB. THE FATHER COLLECTED THE BLOOD IN A CONTAINER. THE FAMILIES USED HYSSOP TO PLACE THE BLOOD ON THE DOORPOST AND LINTELS OF EACH HOUSE. WHEN THE BLOOD WAS APPLIED, THE DEATH ANGEL PASSED OVER THEIR HOUSES AND PROTECTED THEIR FAMILIES. THE SPRINKLED BLOOD, HOW DOES THAT APPLY TO US TODAY? THE BLOOD OF JESUS IS MORE PRECIOUS THAN THE LAMB'S BLOOD THAT WAS USED IN EGYPT. WE CAN APPLY THE BLOOD OF JESUS TO OUR FAMILIES, OUR MARRIAGES, OUR FINANCES, OUR SITUATIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES. THE BLOOD OF CHRIST HAS BROUGHT GOD'S GRACE (UNMERITED FAVOR) TO OUR LIVES. THE REVELATION OF THE CROSS IS THE KEY TO OUR WARFARE AND OUR VICTORY OVER THE ENEMY. THE ENEMY OF SIN, DISEASE, AND LACK. UNDERSTANDING THE APPLICATION OF JESUS' BLOOD WILL CHANGE THE WAY YOU SEE THINGS AND WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO WAR. TODAY THE HYSSOP IS OUR MOUTHS. LIFE AND DEATH IS IN THE POWER OF THE TONGUE. BY CONFESSING WHAT THE BLOOD OF JESUS HAS DONE, WE CAN APPLY HIS BLOOD TO EVERY SITUATION WE HAVE. I KNOW IT SOUNDS SPIRITUAL, BUT BY CONFESSING WHAT THE BLOOD OF JESUS HAS DONE IT PLACES GOD'S SUPER-NATURAL ON YOUR NATURAL. NOW , LETS APPLY THE BLOOD OF JESUS TO EVERY SITUATION IN YOUR LIFE. WRITE THEM DOWN ON PAPER AND BEGIN TO APPLY THE BLOOD TO THOSE SITUATIONS IN YOUR LIFE THAT SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE. BEGIN TO APPLY THE BLOOD TO THOSE AREAS IN YOUR LIFE THAT NEEDS HEALING. APPLY THEM TO YOUR FINANCES, APPLY THEM TO YOUR RELATIONSHIPS, YOUR EMPLOYMENT, YOUR CHILDREN...TO THE DISEASE THAT YOU ARE DEALING WITH, AND EVERY OTHER PROBLEM YOU ARE FACING. "Lord, I cover myself and everyone around me with the blood of Jesus. I cover all of the members of my family (state them by name) with the blood of Jesus. I cover my home, my land, my car, my finances, my marriage, my ministry, with the blood of Jesus. In the Name of Jesus Christ, by the power of His blood, I break off every power of the kingdom of darkness and cancel every argument in heaven that has established itself against the plans of God in my life and spoil every attack of the enemy. I call forth, in the name of Jesus, all of God's plans and purposes for my life, and my family. As for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord.
